Avelyn Ferrero, owner
I am a teenager who decided to start a business using the skills I am passionate about. My love of children, nature, and artistries drives my interest in teaching.
As a homeschooler, I have had the opportunity to enjoy a diverse range of activities and dive into learning unique skills. I want to share these skills with others. My crafting hobbies include resin casting, embroidery, and bookbinding. In addition, I enjoy and engage in sports and outdoor activities such as camping, backpacking, volleyball, swimming, and basketball. As an active member of my American Heritage Girls troop, I have completed numerous projects, participated in challenge events, backpacked through National Forests, and earned over 25 badges.
I love spending my time engaging with children and helping them learn new skills!

Inspiring Skills is business offering enrichment classes in the Roseville, CA area.
The business was started to create fun and engaging classes that inspire children to develop new skills and hobbies.
Classes are geared to 8-14-year-olds, this semester.
Our classes are led by experienced homeschooled teens with childcare experience and are passionate about their skills
The program is hosted in a workshop at a private residence. A supervising adult is present at all times.
A supervising adult is present. They are background checked, Live Scanned, Mandatory Reporter Trained, have First Aid & CPR certifications, and has 20 years’ experience volunteering and working with youth.
